We use servers running Red Hat Linux, a stable and reliable operating system.

What do I get with my account?
We have four plans for you to choose from that are cost effective and more than capable of handling all your domain hosting needs. We don't charge you a setup fee and all accounts include features like CGI-bin, FTP, POP3 e-mail, Auto-responders, FrontPage extensions, Perl and Server side includes. Do I have to register my domain name or do you do that for me?
We do not currently offer domain name registration. However, it is now surprisingly inexpensive and easy to do. www.namecheap.com and www.godaddy.com are two excellent suppliers.

What are FrontPage extensions and do you support them?
Microsoft's FrontPage is a popular webpage creation tool that requires special server extensions to function properly. We support FrontPage 2002 on all our accounts for no additional charge.

Can I upload pages whenever I want?
You have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can update your site at any time.

How much bandwidth do you allow for my web site?
Bandwidth is the amount of transfer of data each month. Websites with a lot of visitors use more bandwidth than those with less. The bandwidth varies with our hosting plans, but as a guide, our Bronze plan offers 3 Gb monthly bandwidth = over 96,000 unique page views @ 30kb page size

What is a CGI-bin?
A CGI-bin is where you would store CGI scripts. These scripts are used to generate online order forms, guestbooks, shopping carts, counters, etc. All accounts comes with their own CGI-bin.

What CGI scripts come already installed?
All accounts comes with a hit counter, a search engine, a site creation tool, a form emailer, and a file manager. If you are interested in adding more CGI scripts to your account, you may do so.

What is the Control Panel?
All accounts have access to the Control Panel software. You can manage your email, cgi scripts, databases, mailing list, and many other available features.

What are Auto-responders?
Autoresponders are set up to automatically respond to incoming email. For example, if you had an order form which your customers email to you, you can set up an autoresponder to email the customer a confirmation message.

What about Technical Support?
We provide e-mail support to all our customers, for any queries regarding their web hosting with us. We answer all email on the same day it is received - most often in only a few hours.

What kind of technical support do you NOT provide?
We regret we cannot provide any technical support relating to HTML syntax, Java programming, JavaScripting, any 3rd party software, CGI programming, or CGI scripts, nor any other non-network related aspect.

How do I pay for web hosting?
